ACT OF GOD CONTEST
RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (except the following persons who are ineligible to participate:
(a) Employees Mongrel Media or any other organization associated with the Contest, including prize suppliers, or their respective affiliates or their advertising and promotional agencies, or of the independent judging organization, and the immediate family of such employees and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" means husband or wife, father, mother, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters. Only one (1) entry per home is permitted.
HOW TO PLAY:
No Purchase necessary. Visit www.actofgod.ca from April 20, 2009 to April 29, 2009 to submit a picture. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm EST on April 28, 2009. The top 10 entries (selected by a panel of judges chosen by Mongrel Media) will win honorary mentions, there will be 1 runner up prize and the top winner will win the grand prize. The grand prize judging will take place on April 29, 2009.
CONTEST ENTRY DETAILS:
By accepting or participating in this contest all entries consent to the use of their names, addresses, voices, statements relating to the Contest, all videos and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by Mongrel Media or any related entities in connection with this Contest. Mongrel Media and partners will own the rights to all entries submitted in this contest. Participant must provide a valid driver's license or government issued photo identification in order to be eligible to win the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of the prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold, transferred and (except as provided) are not convertible to cash. Mongrel Media or any other organization associated with the Contest, including prize suppliers reserve the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part in the event that any component of the prize is unavailable.
PRIZES:

The prizes available to be won through the "ACT OF GOD" contest include (10) Paul Auster books 'Man in the Dark', (1) Jennifer Baichwal DVD pack and (1) one grand prize including: 2 tickets to a cocktail and premiere of ACT OF GOD at HOTDOCs. To be officially declared a winner, he/she must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. This skill test question, along with the Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules and a Liability of and Publicity Release, will be forwarded to your attention prior to the presentation.
ERRORS, ETC:
Mongrel Media reserve the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate this Contest, in whole or in part, or modify this Contest in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Mongrel Media are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.
